On Sunday the 9th of September 2018 we will be running two events at Mini Thunder. A Junior Driver Awareness Day will be run in conjunction with a Come and Try Motorkhana.

There is no cost for the Junior Driver Awareness event other than $5 per head for lunch.

The Motorkhana will be run on the Motorkhana pad. The JDAD will be run on the track where we run the Khanacross. The day will consist of out-of-car information and advice on attitude and preparation for driving. There will be information on throttle control, braking and swerving. The junior drivers will then be able to put this into practice, driving in the car in a safe controlled environment.

The Junior Driver Awareness day is open to any junior up to the age of 18 years. Those of you with children in the club who would like them to participate in our junior driver awareness day, drop me an email or call using the details below.

This will be a great opportunity to give the kids a chance to learn about driving in a safe and controlled environment. We will be starting the Junior Driver Awareness at 9am.
